How is my art packaged for delivery?

Once an order is made, it will take up to 2 business days to prepare and package your art for delivery. To ensure your art is cared for in transit it is wrapped in tissue, brown paper and bubble wrap.  It is then protected with corrugated cardboard and is covered with ‘fragile’ tape. 

How to care for my art?

Just a gentle dust now and then. It is protected from UV rays with a matt, satin or gloss varnish.

Can I order a print?

Sometimes certain pieces will be advertised as having a Limited Edition of prints available. This is when you can order prints. Do feel free to contact me though if you would love a print of another piece at sf.we.abstract@gmail.com 

How much does a bespoke art piece cost? 

I love to create one off pieces specifically for you and your interior. Cost is indicative of three things: time spent, size and materials used, along with a base line fee. Get in touch for a chat sf.we.abstract@gmail.com and we can talk through your options for a budget that suits.

How does shipping work?

We have a flat shipping rate of $15.  If you live rurally, an additional $5.00 is added to cover that cost to make a total cost of $20. If you are in the Wellington region it will be $10.  If you buy a piece over $500 you will qualify for free shipping.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use NZPost business. They provide a tracking number, insurance on your item and aim to deliver your item within 2-3 business days.  

What happens if an item is damaged or lost in transit?

Once notified of this, We Abstract will liaise with NZPost and you to organise a refund, return or replacement. Please refer to our Refund Policy
